Michael S. Arteca has helped clients achieve their goals for over 20 years. Since his father passed away unexpectedly, Michael has helped families protect themselves against uncertainty. In 2010, he launched Empire Financial Partners of New York to bring several professionals under one roof to provide clients with boutique service and experience for all of their insurance and asset management needs.

Michael focuses on a wide range of financial products including Annuities and Insurance. Michael is a 2018 Top of the Table producer.
