Business Philosophy
Michael S. Arteca has helped clients achieve their goals for over 10 years. His personal experience has brought him passion for this business and success. Ten years ago, his father, who was seemingly healthy, suddenly passed away. In June 2001, Michael's father was relaxing in the backyard, talking with a friend and playing catch with a young neighbor when he went inside to take aspirin for a splitting headache. When he didn't come back outside, the concerned neighbor went to check on him. He was lying on the floor, surrounded by vomit. Michael's father had had a stroke. At the hospital, initially, the doctors reported that he would be okay and would just need time to recover. Seven hours after Michael's 51-year-old father was admitted to the hospital, he passed away. Michael's mom, at age 47, was left behind with a $100,000 whole life policy, not nearly enough to last her for the remainder of her life. This is where Michael's passion for the business began. What a powerful message to share with his clients. You never know what's going to happen. Never. Be prepared. Don't assume you're prepared. Michael's story has inspired him to help others.
